- Telehealth – Coastal Medical clinicians may use telehealth (remote video visit) or telephone (voice only) visits to provide care to you if you are feeling sick. These visits are typically held during office hours with your Coastal provider.
- In-person – If it determined that an in-person sick visit is needed, we will schedule an appointment for you at either our East Providence location (900 Warren Avenue, Suite 400) or East Greenwich location (1598 South County Trail, Suite 201).
If Coastal365 is closed:
- Call your primary care physician's office.
- The answering service will take your call, page the on-call physician and the physician will return your call.
